Raspberry Red Velvet Cup Cakes

These cup cakes are made of Raspberry Red Velvet Cake with cream cheese icing. I can produce from 1 dozen to 50 dozen by your request.

Thank you so very much for the unique and absolutely delicious cake you made for Denis's birthday. All my guests commented on how thoughtful it was of you to add "Happy Birthday" in French (which I didn't even ask for), they also said it was the best cake they ever had. Even the icing was delicious!!!!! I couldn't agree more. You even got the colour of the bike like his own! Denis was thrilled.

Needless to say, it was gone in minutes.

Thanks again for your care, time and thoughtfulness in preparing such a wonderful cake. It was the highlight of the party.

We cannot thank you enough: your spectacular medieval knights cake was, without a doubt, highlight of our son's 10th birthday party.

All of the guests were blown away by the beauty of the cake: your craftsmanship and attention to detail were amazing, and didn't go unnoticed. It was a work of art . We almost hated to cut into your gorgeous castle, but we're sure glad we did - -IT WAS DELICIOUS ! In fact, every guest commented on how tasty the cake was. One guest specifically noted how it is a rare thing that a beautiful cake tastes so delicious - - often that is something that gets sacrificed for "the look". Not your cake !

I'm still giggling about one Dad who didn't believe your cake was,in fact, a cake. He insisted that it was a Playmobli Castle toy, it looked THAT realistic. He couldn't believe he could EAT it !
